10 days’ notice is all we need.
Let us know you’re moving out 10 days before you move. We’ll need enough time to get details of your account and address as well as any of your specific needs before closing it. We’ll then send you your final bill.
How do I inform you of my intention to move?

In the ‘My Dashboard’ click on ‘Moving out?’
Fill out the questionnaire and click ‘Move’
