What do I need to do before I move out?
10 days’ notice is all we need.

Let us know you’re moving out 10 days before you move. We’ll need enough time to get details of your account and address as well as any of your specific needs before closing it. We’ll then send you your final bill.
How do I inform you of my intention to move?

In the ‘My Dashboard’ click on ‘Moving out?’

Fill out the questionnaire and click ‘Move’

Are there cancellation fees for moving?
There are no cancellation fees for moving.
Final Bill
Your smart meter will take care of your final meter reading.

Because you have a smart meter installed, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll get your reading automatically.
