Account Login & Balance

How do login and check my account balance?
Locate your account by visiting https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/ Enter your email, mobile or landline number to locate your Prospecta Utilities home page. If our systems are unable to locate your home page, you need to contact us on 1800 943 052 or email gemlife@prospecta-utilities.net

Click “Account Login” in the top navigation bar. Input your email and password in the sign-in section and click “Sign in to My Account”. If this is your first login, you may be asked to change any temporary password setup for you. If you’ve forgotten your login details, click “Forgot Password” to reset your login credentials.

Once logged in, you will see your current account balance displayed in your account along with a link to “View All Transactions”.
