Ways To Pay

What options do I have to pay my bill?
Once you’ve logged into your account, you can click on “Payment Options” in the “Ways to Pay My Bill” section for all the ways your bills can be paid or visit https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/payment-options

We currently allow payments via Direct Debit, BPAY or Online via Credit Card
How do I pay by Direct Debit?
Click on “Ways to Pay My Bill > Direct Debit” option in the “Ways to Pay My Bill” section once logged in or visit https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/setup-direct-debit

You will be asked to enter the bank account or credit card you would like your payments to be made from.

If using a credit card, you will be also charged a surcharge of 1.43% for Visa/Mastercard and 1.87% for American Express to cover transactions costs associated in processing your payments.

You will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the direct debit request, including a $21.90 dishonour fee for any failed payment.

To cancel or change your direct debit, please email us at !!supportEmail!! and we'll process this request for you.
How Do I pay by BPAY?
Use our "Biller code” located on your invoice or in the “Ways to Pay My Bill > BPay” section and your unique "Biller reference” code located on your bill.
How do I pay by Credit Card Online?
Click on “Ways to Pay My Bill > Online via My Account” option in the “Ways to Pay My Bill” section once logged in.

You will then be able to “Pay My Bill” to pay any outstanding amount or “View My Bill” to view previous invoices.

If using a credit card, you will be also charged a surcharge of 1.43% for Visa/Mastercard and 1.87% for American Express to cover transactions costs associated in processing your payments. Avoid these surcharges by paying with direct debit from your bank account.

So, because of this, we do also offer financial assistance where you can nominate to apply for a payment extension or talk to us about other financial assistance available as part of our hardship policy.

How often will I receive my energy bill?
Expect your energy bills monthly.

We send your bills monthly, two weeks prior to the payment due date.

If you have opted into Direct Debit and the invoice due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.
Where do I find my billing and payment history?
We’re creating history from the first day we start.



Your billing history will start to accrue from the date of your first Prospecta Utilities energy bill.



Bills prior to this cannot be made available to you by Prospecta due to privacy and data protection legislation.



To access your previous bills or payment history through Prospecta Utilities, login to your account and click the “Billing & Payment” menu item, then select “Billing & Payment History” or visit https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/payment-history/
How do I check my electricity usage?
To access your electricity usage, including your average daily usage and the average of other properties, you can click on the “My Usage” menu item after logging in, or visit https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/usage
