We’re changing the way we collect direct debits.

From December 2025, direct debits will no longer be collected on the bill’s due date. Instead, they will be processed 5 working days after the bill is issued.

No action is required from you.

The direct debit payment for the invoice issued today for October’s usage will be collected as normal on the bill due date.

This allows for a smoother billing process, and ensures more regular billing days each month.

How to Sign-in to Your Account

If you've received a welcome email from us containing your username (generally your email address) and a temporary password, you can then use those details to login to your account at https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/login

Please note: it can take up to a month after you've moved into your home for you to receive your welcome email containing your login details. If you've still not received this email after a month, you can let us know via email at gemlife@prospecta-utilities.net or call 1800 943 052 during standard QLD business hours.
