We’re changing the way we collect direct debits.

From December 2025, direct debits will no longer be collected on the bill’s due date. Instead, they will be processed 5 working days after the bill is issued.

No action is required from you.

The direct debit payment for the invoice issued today for October’s usage will be collected as normal on the bill due date.

This allows for a smoother billing process, and ensures more regular billing days each month.

How to Setup Direct Debit

The video below shows how to setup Direct Debit so that your utility bills can be automatically deducted from your account on their due date.

If you hold more than one utility account with us, you will need to setup a direct debit for EACH account you wish to pay by direct debit. To toggle between different utility accounts, please watch the "How to Switch between your utility accounts" Video.
