The Federal Government has announced an extension to their energy bill relief meaning that all eligible residents will obtain a $150 credit on their energy bill. We are currently in the process of applying for, and crediting all eligible accounts and will update all residents once your account has been credited.

If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can lodge a complaint with the energy ombudsman for your state.
