The Federal Government has announced an extension to their energy bill relief meaning that all eligible residents will obtain a $150 credit on their energy bill. We are currently in the process of applying for, and crediting all eligible accounts and will update all residents once your account has been credited.

Planned Power Outages
Planned power outages will be communicated through email, SMS and via on site notice boards and on your account portal located at https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/
Unplanned Power Outages
Information relating to unplanned power outages will be located on your account portal https://admin.prospecta-utilities.net/account/ including any known resolution times and information, including, if applicable, links to relevant notices on electricity wholesaler or regulator websites.

Depending on the nature and severity of the power outage, we may also email and SMS you relevant information as it becomes available.
